This double-arm ferry shuttle rotomolder owns ultra-wide internal heating space and strong load-bearing rotating arms, which can hold oversized heavy molds that carousel rotomolding machines cannot accommodate. It is widely applicable for mass production of large plastic water tanks, chemical storage containers, hollow outdoor plastic furniture, plastic kayaks, floating buoys and sanitation equipment shells. Each rotating arm is equipped with separate high-torque reinforced drive motor and reducer, running stably without shaking under long-time full-load high-temperature working conditions. The heating cabin adopts full-surround high-density thermal insulation cotton and optimized multi-channel hot air circulation duct, forming uniform internal heating with tiny temperature difference, which effectively reduces surface defects like bubbles, cold spots and uneven wall thickness on large plastic finished goods. All core parameters including arm bearing capacity, heating power, air/water dual cooling mode and PLC operation logic support full OEM customization based on customers’ workshop space layout and product processing requirements.
